At Soriell, most pieces are made to order and prepared with care after your order is placed.

Processing Time
Most orders are processed and prepared within 1–5 business days. During busy periods or for made-to-order items, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping Time
We offer free standard shipping. Estimated delivery is usually 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and local carrier service.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Customs checks, local holidays, weather, or carrier delays may occasionally affect delivery.

Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Customs and Import Duties
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer, unless already collected at checkout.
